What's Up Lately

9/1/2018 - We have made it back to the U.S. I may get to back to updating this more often now, but I can't make any promises. As you can see from the 3-year hiatus, I'm not very good at remembering to post things on here or on social media.

8/21/2015 - Well, we have made it to Japan after flying from Saint Louis to Los Angeles then to Seattle. From Seattle it was an 11-hour flight to Japan. The flight was good and we received a wonderful reception from my new unit. We are all fighting sleep at this point to try and adjust to the time change. We are 14 hours ahead of central time so we lost a day during the travel, but that made it Friday for us! Woo hoo! We are currently in temporary lodging until we get assigned a house. Not sure how long that will be until I sign in. I will post some pictures once I get a chance to take some. There is currently a typhoon on the West coast of Japan so it is very foggy and humid here right now. Not a lot of good picture taking opportunities. Until later....

6/24/2013 - The packers have arrived at the house...Here we go...

6/1/2013 - Ok...So it didn't take me as long as I thought. The subscription system is active for the photo albums now also. Once you enter an album a button will be available at the bottom of the page allowing subscriptions.

6/1/2013 - I have created a subscription system for the blogs. When a blog is updated, if subscribed to the blog, you will receive an email with the blog update. I am working on a subscription system for the albums also. This may take me some time. I will post an update when I have it completed.

1/31/2013 - Andrea got her orders to Buckley. We have awhile to plan, but finally we can see an end to the drives!

12/22/2012 - I updated the menu system and have published BrewBase version 2. The ability to rate brews is now available to those with an account. The system will now automatically resize images of brews to fit the correct dimensions to enable faster page loading.

12/17/2012 - I finished up the kegerator. I have posted pictures in the Brewing album.

11/24/2012 - Just picked up a chest freezer to start working on my kegerator. Same price as black Friday but less crowds. Why do people do that to themselves?

10/13/2012 - I have published BrewBase version 1. It allows users to create, update, and view. Currently I am considering this in Beta so that I can have others find the bugs that I don't think of. If you would like to test the app for me. Create an account and I will assign you access to the database. Thanks!

10/7/2012 - I know it has been a long time since I last updated this site. Between work, school, and everything in between (and a little brewing here and there!) I've been a little busy. Anyway, its entering winter again and I will have more time to update the site now. For the new project, I am creating a homebrew database where we can all share our recipes and ideas. I am currently working on version 1 and the basic features. My goal in the end is to create a robust portal with a rating system and forum included.

11/24/2011 - Happy Thanksgiving to everyone!

11/1/2011 - As most of you have heard by now Andrea's father, Philip Clover, or Pop as most of us knew him by passed away on 23 Oct. We would like to thank everyone for the prayers and thoughts.

9/21/2011 - It's been awhile since we have posted. We have been trying to set up the house and get settled. I have also been trying to settle into my new job. It is going to be a fun time! We hope to post pictures of the house and the surrounding area as soon as we get a chance. I have posted some of the view from our back porch. (You have to have an account to view them.) Other than that, it was hard drive a truck that gets 16 MPG 100+ miles per day so we got me a 2004 Mazda 3 which is pushing 35+ MPG. Lots better on the pocket book.

8/15/2011 - Been packing the house, loading boxes, and taking them up to the new place for the past 6 days. Most of our stuff is there now. Just have to get the bug stuff delivered and get the old house cleaned up and ready for the renters by the 1st.
